From a quick FRP bypass on a Pixel 4a to a full GrapheneOS install on a Pixel 8 Pro, we run the standard Pixel toolchain (Pixel Flash Tool, GrapheneOS installer, Magisk + Play Integrity Fix) every day.

Why are Pixel phones so popular for rooting and custom ROMs?
Google designed Pixel phones to be developer-friendly. Bootloader unlock is officially supported on every model except Verizon-locked units, factory images and OTA files are publicly hosted by Google, and Verified Boot supports user-generated keys (which means GrapheneOS and CalyxOS can run with locked bootloaders for full security). No other Android brand offers this level of root-friendly engineering.
Will rooting my Pixel break Google Pay, banking apps and Verified Boot?
With the right setup, no. We install Magisk + Shamiko + DenyList + the Play Integrity Fix module, which keeps Google Pay, banking apps (Chase, Revolut, Wise) and SafetyNet-protected apps fully working. Verified Boot can be re-enabled with custom AVB keys (advanced setup), or you can lock the bootloader after installing GrapheneOS for full security with no root.
My Pixel is stuck on the Google logo / boot screen. Can you fix it?
Yes — Pixel bootloops are usually fixed by booting into fastboot ("Power + Vol Down") and re-flashing the matching factory image via Pixel Flash Tool or fastboot scripts. We download the exact build for your model and Android version, flash via "flash-all.bat", and most cases boot cleanly within 30–60 minutes. Hard bricks (no fastboot) are rare on Pixel and recoverable via EDL on most models.
Can you install GrapheneOS on my Pixel?
Yes — GrapheneOS officially supports Pixel 6, 7, 8 and 9 series (all variants). We boot into bootloader, run the GrapheneOS web installer (or fastboot install), set custom AVB keys, lock the bootloader for full Verified Boot, and configure sandboxed Google Play if you need it. Most installs take 60–90 minutes including testing. CalyxOS is available as an alternative if you prefer microG over sandboxed Play.
My Verizon Pixel will not unlock. What can you do?
Verizon-locked Pixel phones (sold through Verizon, IMEI registered to Verizon) ship with permanent bootloader lock that cannot be unlocked via official means. Sometimes we can identify a unit as actually unlockable (Pixel sold by Verizon but never activated) and complete unlock normally. For truly Verizon-locked units, we can still do FRP bypass, factory reset and stock firmware flash, but root and custom ROM install are not possible.
