How do I pay? +
PayPal, Wise, bKash, Nagad, Bitcoin / USDT, or direct bank transfer for larger jobs. We invoice in your local currency or USD, whichever is easier. Payment link is sent only after the fix is verified working on your device.
What if you cannot fix it? +
You owe nothing. There is no diagnostic fee, no consultation fee, no minimum charge. If we cannot solve the problem we tell you in writing and that is the end of it — you keep your money, we keep our reputation.
Do you offer refunds? +
If the fix verifiably regresses within 30 days for the same root cause, we re-fix it for free. If we cannot re-fix it, we refund the full amount. Refunds are paid back through the same channel you used (PayPal, Wise, bank, etc.) within 7 days of the request.
How long does a typical job take? +
Basic jobs: 30–90 minutes. Advanced jobs: 1–3 hours. Expert jobs: 2–6 hours, occasionally longer for hard-brick recovery or large data jobs. Every quote contains a realistic ETA before you commit.
Why are these prices a range and not fixed? +
Real prices depend on device model, Android version, security patch, OEM skin, whether the bootloader is locked, and whether you need extras like a Magisk module or custom ROM on top. After free diagnosis we send a single, written, fixed price for your specific job — no surprises.
Are these the final prices, or will you add fees? +
The price in your written quote is the final all-in price you pay. No surcharges, no payment-processor fees passed on, no after-the-fact upsells. If your job needs additional work mid-way, we stop, explain, and get your written approval before billing anything extra.
