Account & Cloud Recovery — Without Losing Your Data

Locked out of Google, Samsung, Mi Cloud, Huawei or Honor? We recover the actual account through the vendor's official channels — your photos, contacts, purchases and other-device sessions all stay intact. Nobody guarantees account recovery; we guarantee a correct, complete ticket and zero charge if the vendor says no.

Recovery vs Bypass — Why It Matters

Most "recover my account" search results lead to FRP bypass tools. Those are the wrong answer for an account-locked-out problem. Bypass gets you past the lock screen, but it leaves you signed out of every linked service: Gmail, Photos, Drive, Pay, Play purchases, app data, the works. And on 2024+ Android security patches, bypass increasingly requires a fresh factory reset that wipes the device a second time.

Real account recovery is a paperwork problem, not a hacking problem. The vendor needs proof you own the account. We help you build the proof package and file the ticket the right way — with the right format, the right evidence, in the right channel — so the recovery team can say yes on the first review.

Account Types We Recover

Vendor recovery channels and typical turnaround (varies per case)
Account Type Recovery Path Data Loss Risk Typical Turnaround
Google account (Gmail / Play / Drive) Google official recovery flow + identity proof None if recovered, total if forced to FRP 1–7 days (Google-side)
Samsung account Samsung Members + Knox proof of purchase Low — most data is on Google side anyway 24–72 hours
Mi Cloud / Mi Account Xiaomi 15-day delete-account window or proof-of-purchase ticket Local-only photos can be lost 15+ days (Xiaomi enforced)
Honor / Hi Cloud Honor Service Center proof-of-purchase ticket Cloud backups usually preserved 7–14 days
Huawei ID / HMS Cloud Huawei Service Center, restricted in some regions post-sanctions Variable per region 7–21 days
Vivo / iQOO Cloud Vivo Service via JOVI Cloud backups preserved 5–10 days

Frequently Asked Questions

How is account recovery different from FRP bypass?

FRP bypass is the technical workaround that gets you past the lock screen on a factory-reset device by tricking the Android setup wizard — it does not actually recover your account, and on modern (2024+) Android security patches it usually requires a re-factory-reset that wipes everything anyway. Account recovery is the legitimate path: we work with the vendor (Google, Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.) to prove you own the account so they restore your access through official channels. You keep all your data, your purchases, your cloud backups and your other devices stay logged in. Recovery takes longer than FRP (days vs minutes) but the outcome is far better.

What proof of ownership do you need from me?

It depends on the account, but the typical package is: original purchase receipt or invoice with matching IMEI/serial number; original retail packaging if you still have it; a clear photo of government-issued ID matching the name on the account; for Google specifically, the date you created the account and the device you created it on if you remember; for Samsung, your Samsung Members account history. The more evidence you can provide, the higher the chance of recovery and the faster the turnaround. We will tell you upfront in the diagnosis whether your evidence package is strong enough to file a ticket.

Can you guarantee the account will be recovered?

No, and we will refuse the job if anyone offers a guarantee. Account recovery is a vendor decision — Google, Samsung and Xiaomi review the proof of ownership and decide independently. What we guarantee is that we will file the ticket correctly, give you the strongest possible evidence package, follow up persistently, and not charge for the work if the vendor declines (you only pay if your account is recovered). On clean cases with original receipts and matching IDs we see roughly 70–80% success on Google, 90%+ on Samsung, 60–70% on Xiaomi.

How long does Google account recovery actually take?

Google's automated recovery flow gives an answer in about 24 hours. If it says no, we file an appeal which takes 3–7 days. If that also fails on the standard form, the next step is a Google Workspace data export request which has 30-day turnaround. Most recoverable accounts come back in the 24-hour or 3–7-day windows. Accounts that have been inactive for over 2 years, accounts with conflicting recovery information, or accounts that have been remotely wiped via Find My Device are the hardest cases.

Do you do this for accounts I don't own (deceased relative, etc.)?

Yes — bereavement-case account recovery is one of our most common ticket types. The required evidence is different: death certificate, proof of relationship (birth certificate, marriage certificate, or court-issued executor letter), and the original receipt or packaging linking the deceased to the device. Google has a dedicated Inactive Account / Deceased Person process which we handle end-to-end. Samsung, Xiaomi and Huawei all have similar processes. We treat these cases with priority and a flat reduced fee — please reach out on WhatsApp.
