What We Can Realistically Recover — and What We Can't
Modern Android storage is fast and encrypted. UFS 3.x / 4.0 with TRIM and file-based encryption makes "undelete" much harder than it was on eMMC devices five years ago. We are honest about probability: the diagnostic scan is free, and if your case is genuinely unrecoverable we tell you on day one and bill nothing.
Our edge is brand-specific low-level recovery: EDL mode for Qualcomm devices, Mediatek bootrom for MTK chips, Exynos Download Mode for Samsung, and OEM service modes for Honor, Vivo and OPPO. From a raw partition image we can extract photos, video frames, contacts, WhatsApp DBs, messages, calendar, call logs and many app caches.

Can you recover photos and videos I deleted weeks ago?
Often yes, especially if the storage area has not been heavily overwritten. Success depends on whether the phone was rooted, whether trim was active, and how much you used the device after deletion. We give an honest probability after a free diagnostic scan — if it is genuinely unrecoverable we will tell you, not bill you.
My phone is bricked or will not boot. Can you still recover the data?
In many cases, yes. We use EDL mode (Qualcomm), Mediatek Bootrom, Exynos Download Mode and brand-specific service modes to image the userdata partition. From the raw image we extract photos, contacts, WhatsApp DBs, messages and documents — even when Android itself will not start or the screen is dead.
Do you recover WhatsApp chats and other app data?
Yes — WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Viber, Instagram DMs, Snapchat caches, Notes, Calendar, contacts and call logs. WhatsApp recovery success depends on whether msgstore.db.crypt14/15 is intact and whether you have the matching key file (we will guide you through finding it).
How is recovered data delivered, and is it private?
Recovered files are packaged into an encrypted archive (AES-256) and sent via your preferred channel — Telegram, WhatsApp file send, Mega.nz, or Wire. We delete every working copy from our systems within 7 days of you confirming delivery, including any partition images we created during recovery.
I already factory reset. Is it too late?
Often yes, sadly. Modern Android factory reset uses cryptographic erase plus TRIM on UFS / NVMe storage, which makes the data physically unrecoverable. The exception is older eMMC devices or phones where TRIM was disabled — we will check during free diagnosis and tell you immediately whether anything is realistically recoverable.
